My apartment is way grosser than I realized. I'm starting to look at craigslist again to see what they've got... The owner won't spray for bugs. Every day that I'm home, I see at least one bug, usually more. How could the previous tenants stand living in their squalor???
If they keeps treating me like this, I just won't sign a new contract. I'll live there for this month and next and then leave.

It seems like they should be required to spray for bugs. The contract works both ways. What does it say their responsibilities are?
